Earned Media Value (EMV)

Earned Media Value (EMV) estimates the monetary value of organic coverage your brand receives through mentions, shares, or influencer content, essentially translating visibility into potential advertising cost savings.

Calculation: EMV = (Impressions × Cost per Thousand Impressions (CPM)) or based on the estimated ad value of content coverage

Example: A lifestyle brand’s influencer campaign generates 100 Instagram posts that would have cost $50,000 in paid ads. The EMV is $50,000.
