Click-through Rate (CTR)

Click-through rate (CTR) is the percentage of people who click on a link, ad, or call-to-action after seeing it, indicating engagement and interest.

Calculation: CTR = (Clicks ÷ Impressions) × 100

Example: A SaaS company runs a LinkedIn ad seen by 10,000 people, and 500 click through to the website, giving a CTR of 5%.
