A major mobile gaming developer needed to acquire high-quality users efficiently — not just installs, but players likely to convert into paying users. Creator content was the channel. The constraint was tight: CAC had to stay below internal targets while driving measurable downstream purchases.

Single posts weren't going to do it. Trevant built multipart Instagram Story sequences — vetted creators walking through key app features across multiple frames, with calls to action designed to move viewers from story to install to purchase. The format matched the conversion path: sequential, native to the platform, built around the moment a user decides whether to keep playing.
All creators were onboarded through a guided in-app experience with defined brand guidelines and 1:1 quality oversight. Test flights ran before scale to isolate what was converting.
